Effective Anti-Candida combination of (4) remedies:

CANDIDA – The Root Cause of Many Health Problems

Simple Home Saliva Test:
 
Try this simple test to see if you have Candida. First thing in the morning, before you put ANYTHING in your mouth, get a clear glass. Fill with water and work up a generous amount of saliva, then spit it into the glass of water. Check the water every 15 minutes or so for up to one hour. If you have a Candida yeast infection, you will see strings (like legs) traveling down into the water from the saliva.  
 
 
You will also see the "cloudy" saliva will sink to the bottom of the glass, or cloudy specks will seem to be suspended in the water. If there are no strings and the saliva is still floating after at least one hour, you are probably Candida yeast free. If your saliva falls to the bottom of the glass you have advanced Candida overgrowth.
 
  • For best results at the same time do a 30 day Anti Candida Diet
  • The removal of sugar: Yeast-like Candida feed off of sugar – even foods that your body converts into sugar, such as simple carbohydrates (fruit, potatoes, white rice and pasta). This makes the diet challenging because you have to stick to eating mostly protein and vegetables.
  • Avoiding fermented foods: Mushrooms, vinegars and most condiments
  • Avoiding other trigger foods: aged and moldy cheeses, foods that contain yeast or molds (most breads, muffins, and baked goods), honey, syrups and glutinous foods such as barley, wheat and rye.

Eat these foods:

  • Organic, hormone-free (if possible) meat, eggs, kefir, butter, mozzarella cheese, cream cheeses (avoid dairy for now if you have a lactose intolerance as well)
  • Fresh or cooked salad-type vegetables (all lettuces, tomato, cucumber, celery, eggplant, Brussels sprouts, green beans, asparagus, broccoli, edamame)
  • Limited fruits (berries, avocado, olives, lemon juice)
  • Some grains (oats, millet, brown rice, spelt, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth)
  • Seeds and nuts
  • Cold-press oils (virgin coconut, olive, safflower, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seed, macadamia, almond, flax) and ghee
  • Tea (peppermint, ginger, cinnamon, clove, chamomile, Pau D'arco, licorice, lemongrass)

ANTI CANDIDA RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Wash your fruit and salads in a bowl of water with white vinegar.  1 part vinegar to 5 parts water and swish around and then rinse with pure water
  • Make sure there is no mold and excessive humidity in the home.  If so purchase a small portable ozonator (sold on the Internet)

FOOD COMBINING:  Many people suffer from bloating and gas because of wrong food combining. This makes  Candida symptoms even worse. Here are some points to keep in mind on food combining:

  • Fruit – always eat on an empty stomach and wait 10 – 15 min before eating anything else. Fruit digests very quickly. If you mix fruit with other foods the fruit will ferment and cause digestion problems
  • Meat – does not mix with potatoes and rice – eat sweet potatoes instead
  • Water – drink 10 min before meals and 1 hour after but never during. Avoid drinking any liquids with meals

NOTE: When the Candida yeast starts to die off quickly you may feel tired and constipated. It is imperative that you do not exceed the recommended quantities in this program and you have at least one bowel movement per day. 

Vaginitis – which is reoccurring yeast infection in the vaginal area. Take 20 to 60 drops of liquid Echinacea every two or three hours or take Echinacea capsules 1000mg strength, every two or three hours, until the problem clears up.
